OVERVIEW
The Government of Newfoundland & Labrador formed Addictions Services (ADS) in 1995 to delivery community alcohol, drug and gambling services. ADS administers these services through the 4 Regional Integrated Health Authorities and provide medical drug rehab programs (detoxification), residential alcohol and drug rehab programs, outpatient alcohol and drug rehab programs, assessment and referrals.
