Note: This is a 22 bed gender-separate program for youth 11 - 17. 12 beds are for solvent use, and 10 beds are for other substance use. Program length is 112 days. Clients must be referred. CSC clients are accepted. This program is funded under the NNADAP. Services available in Cree, Ojibway, and English.
Note: This is a 22 bed program for adults 18+. Program length is 21 days. Clients must be 72 hours sober prior to admission. Clients must be referred. Stabilized Methadone clients are accepted. Program is funded by Manitoba Health.
Note: Wilp Si'Satxw Community Healing Centre offers 14, 21, 28, 35, and 40 day treatment programs for adults 19+. There are 35 and 42 day co-ed programs, a 28 day men's trauma program, and 28 day women's trauma program. Also available is a 28 day family program for all age groups; couples are allowed to attend. Clients must be 10 days sober prior to admission. Clients must be referred. CSC clients are accepted. Programs offer talking circles, smudge ceremonies, and sweat lodges.
Note: This is a 90 day, 7 bed faith-based program for men 19+. Clients can self-refer and must be 3 days sober prior to admission. Methadone and CSC clients are accepted. Fees may apply; please call for more information.
Note: This is a 4 bed holistic program for First Nations adults 18+. Program length is 6 weeks. Program offers traditional cultural components, Medicine Wheel teachings, and auricular acupuncture. Services offered in Mi’kmaq, Maliseet, and English. Program is funded by NNADAP.
Note: This is a 28 day program for women 18+. Clients must be 72 hours sober prior to admission. Clients can self-refer or be referred. Stabilized Methadone clients are accepted. Program is funded by Manitoba Health.
Note: This is a 6 bed first-stage housing unit for street involved women 18+. Clients do not need to be sober, but clients cannot use on site. Staff encourages clients to seek sobriety by offering stability in housing first. Intake is done through the Warm Zone drop-in Centre. Fees may apply; please call for more information.
Note: This is a 5 bed program for First Nations youth 13 -18. Program length is 16 weeks. Clients must be 3 days sober prior to admission. Clients can self-refer. Program offers cultural outings (Pow Wow night, Longhouse, Sweat Lodge). Funded by VCHA.

Note: This is a 7 bed program for youth ages 13 - 18 in the Northern Health catchment region. The length of stay at the program is based on the needs of the youth. It’s preferred if clients are detoxed prior to admission but not required; there is 1 medical detox bed available. Clients can self-refer, but a referral from Mental Health and Addictions or MCFD is preferred.

Note: This is a 18 week, 12 bed program for youth ages 15-24 with concurrent substance abuse and mental illness disorders. There is space for an additional 4 clients who live at home but attend programing during the day. Clients must be referred. Program offers holistic services, community re-integration, and 24 weeks of follow up aftercare.
